Governor Punjab Salman Taseer has said that jungle law prevailed in the province. While addressing a seminar 'Future of Democracy in Country at a private university, he claimed that Roti is being sold in Rs 2 only at some tandoors in the city. Had there been no democracy in the country, India would have attacked Pakistan, Taseer asserted. He said that public was the biggest court where every government was accountable after every five years.
