Dr Tahira awarded

LAHORE - Dr. Tahira Aziz Mughal, Assistant Professor of Lahore College for Women University, has been given the Best University Teacher Award by the Higher Education Commission. Dr. Mughal is the first Natural Science PhD in the history of the LCWU. She has written 26 papers within a span of three years. Out of these, 17 papers were of international level. Dr. Tahira has so far supervised 36 theses at the graduate and post-graduate level. She established the first Botanical Garden in Jallo Park with the collaboration of the Punjab Forest Division.
