PPP will pay 'N' workers in the same coin: Aftab

LAHORE-A former MPA from Chakri, Ch Kamran Ali Khan on Friday announced to join the PPP at a news conference held at Lahore Press Club. PPP's Punjab President Rana Aftab, general secretary Sami Ullah Khan and Lahore President Ch Asghar Gujjar were present on the occasion. Kamran Ali won 2002 general election as independent candidate, but lost 2008 general election. He hails from the constituency of opposition leader in the National Assembly Ch Nisar Ali Khan. The PPP leaders welcomed the new comer in their party and expressed the hope that party will get strengthened with Kamran's entry into the party. Speaking on the occasion, Rana Aftab warned that PPP workers will give a befitting reply to the activities of PML-N workers who were crossing limits during protest demonstrations. He said no other party except the PPP knew the art of agitational politics, but country's political situation was such that politics of violence should be avoided. To a question about forming Government in Punjab, he said that PPP may form government in alliance with PML-Q, but it will not indulge in horsetrading like the PML-N. He said every body knew as to who was the inventor of Chhanga Maanga politics. He said PPP had no role in court decision against Sharif brothers.
