Red warrants has been issued for Moonis Elahi, one of the accused of involvement in National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) scandal, report said on Friday. Moonis Elahi was not appeared before FIA despite the summons were issued to him vis-a-vis the NICL scam. The name of Moonis Elahi was also enlisted on the Exit Control List (ECL) on the directives of the apex court on Tuesday, but he had already left for Dubai on Jan 20. Additional Director General of FIA Zafar Ahmed Qureshi said that the Agency had summoned Moonis as the reply he submitted in response to its questionnaire was unsatisfactory.
