PEF plans first aid training for partner schools

LAHORE - The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has launched first aid training program for its partner schools in the province to sensitize the students and teaching community about saving precious human lives in times of need. In this regard, an interactive session was arranged at PEF Head Office on Friday to educate the PEF officials about dealing with minor emergencies in their homes or offices.
The training session was jointly conducted by Director Disaster Relief Ireland Dr. Farooq Butt, Master Trainers Dr. Shehzad Ahmad & Dr. Imran Shehzad and Asif Mehmood Senior Instructor Edhi Ambulance Service Pakistan. The training session was attended by different program heads and senior officials who were trained about dealing with untoward situations and emergencies. The Punjab Education Foundation has planned to provide necessary first aid training and awareness to the partner school students of 12 year age in their schools.
