LAHORE - PML-N Central Information Secretary Mushahiddullah Khan has said all parliamentary members of the party were one on establishing the writ of the government at all costs and not compromising the security of the state. In the context of discussion took place with reference to talk or otherwise with Taliban at the parliamentary party meeting on Monday, Mushahidullah said the meeting had consensus on talking with those who wanted to do it within the framework of the Constitution of Pakistan. He said the government would pursue every positive option to establish peace and rule of law in the country. He said God forbids, the government does not want to ignite a fresh war but wants to rid the country of the scourge of terrorism at every cost. He said terrorism has hollowed the economy and the time had come for the whole nation to rise above political affiliation and stand up with the government in its efforts to curb terrorism.This news was published in The Nation newspaper.
