LAHORE - Punjab University students have bagged positions in the Chief Minister Punjab debating contests (postgraduate level) at divisional level. Syed Ghulam Mohy-ud-Din of Institute of Communication Studies clinched first while Rakia Tariq of Institute of Administrative Sciences stood third position. In English category, Saba Mahmood of Hailey College of Banking & Finance bagged first position.
