Free medical camp

LAHORE Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Women Wing held a free medical camp at Baowalla Burki Road on Thursday. A large number of people including women and children came and were facilitated with medial advice and free medicine. The camp was established to commemorate PTI 14th anniversary. It was organised by Information Secretary women wing Punjab Talath Naqvi, Dr Seemi, Yasmin Khan and Yasin Khan with a team of three doctors attended to the poor and marginalized masses. Free Ultrasound facility for women was also provided, and priority was given to pregnant women. The camp commenced at 11:00am and the team worked through the day till 4:00pm without a break. The doctors after examining the scores of patients also referred them to hospitals. Speaking on the occasion, Talath Naqvi said PTI used its resources to assist all those who need compassion and assistance and this practice is a unique one to this party which would always protect the poor as it seen in the Shaukat Khannum Memorial Cancer Hospital where the poor were treated to the best of facilities free of cost. Omar Sarfraz Cheema, Asif Basher, Mehmud Gilani and other PTI office-bearers also visited the camp.
