Masses asked to remain peaceful

LAHORE - Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan has stressed upon adopting a homegrown national policy to resolve the issue of terrorism. Referring to the Karachi incident, he said the internal situation was being exploited by foreign elements to destabilise the country, Imran Khan said in a statement issued here on Tuesday. People are requested to stay calm and remain in peace. The Karachi incident is a conspiracy to start ethnic violence. Policy to deal with terrorism has failed to resolve the issue, the PTI chief said, adding the government had failed to provide safety to the life and property of the masses. He urged the government to compensate the affected people.
