LAHORE- The GPO employees today went on a strike, following suicide of their fellow. A 36-year-old postman Shahid Amin committed suicide due to work overload. His fellows told that he was transferred from his own area, Badami Bagh, to another area. Amin, father of two, sent his children to school and ended his life in a room. The GPO employees chanted slogans against the officer who transferred Amin and demanded facilities for themselves.
