LAHORE - Salman Shahbaz Sharif, son of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, has denied the allegations levelled against him by PTI chairman Imran Khan with regard to the court remarks on the bail petition by a manager of Ramzan Sugar Mills.
Salman, director of Sharif Group, said on Friday that Imran Khan wrongly attributed the court remarks to him to term as if the petitioner was victimised by him or his business concern. He said that the court did not mention his name or his company but Imran implicated both in the court proceedings which amounts to a blatant dishonesty and levelling baseless accusations.
Commenting that politics of Khan revolved around mendacity, Salman challenged the PTI chief to prove the allegations or tender apology through media for levelling the false charges.
