Special Services Group trains elite force

LAHORE- Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today attended the passing out parade of the first batch of the Punjab Elite Police Force in Lahore. According to Inter-Services Public Relations, Pakistan Army's commitment to train all law-enforcement agencies is improving country’s defence.

General Raheel said the training capacity of security forces has been enhanced. The first batch of the Elite Police Force included 16 females, who successfully graduated after a nine month long training course supervised  by officers of the Special Services Group.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and former Punjab law minister Rana Sanullah were also present during the ceremony.
