LAHORE The Punjab government has appointed Sheikh Muhammad Yousaf, District & Sessions Judge / Presiding Officer Punjab Labour Court-IV, Faisalabad as one man Tribunal of Inquiry to conduct the inquiry of the death of two Christians namely Rashid Emanuel and Sajid Emanuel at court of Senior Civil Judge, Faisalabad. The Tribunal will ascertain role of provincial intelligence agencies with regard to specific sharing of information/intelligence regarding threat to the life of two arrested Christians. It will further ascertain as to whether proper deployment of security was planned at the appropriate level for the arrested Christians especially in the backdrop of threats extended to them. The Tribunal will also ascertain whether the deployment of security for two arrested Christians during movement and at the court premises was in accordance with the threat perception. The Tribunal will fix the responsibility of the lapses regarding breach of security which provided an opportunity to assailants to enter into District Court, Faisalabad. Any other recommendations that the Tribunal of inquiry may deem appropriate to make in the facts and circumstances of the case. The Tribunal of Inquiry shall submit its inquiry report within two weeks
