LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday ordered action against the schools who are charging three months’ advance fee during summer vacations.
Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi conducted the hearing in which, the plaintiff Shabbir-uz-Zaman said that private schools are taking three months fee during summer vacations which is against the orders of court.
The deputy secretary education told the court that no such complaint has been received in this regard so far.
The court ordered to launch action against the institutions who are demanding three-month fee in one installment. The judge has also directed to spread the message through television and print advertisements.
Subsequently, the bench has also asked the administration to place the notice outside the schools.
