LAHORE - A couple of Baghbanbanpura on Saturday filed a harassment petition in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Rana Abdul Qayyum seeking protection from the respondents who are issuing life threats to the couple if they (couple) continue their legal relation. As per details, the couple Zarwa Bibi and Faryad Hussain had married and living happily in Baghbanpura. The petitioner couple alleged that the respondents Sabir Hussain s/o Allah Rakha, Shahid Sabir and Fawad Sabir, residents of Rana Street Baghbanpura, visited their (couple) house few days back and threatened them of dire consequences if they continued their marriage. Zarwa maintained that the respondents are forcing her to take divorce from her husband, on which she prayed to the court to provide her and his husband protection from the respondents through the SHO Baghbanpura. They married on February 15, 2010. The court ordered the SHO concerned to appear before the court on November 10, 2010. .
