I would like to highlight the issue of water shortage in PHA in G-11/4, Islamabad. For more than a week the residents of the area are suffering from water shortage in Ramazan. The PHA Residents Welfare Association approached Director Water supply CDA and requested to restore the water supply. According to him the heavy duty motor for pumping water to this particular area is out of order. I have a question; if the motor to PM house would have been out of order, would they have given the same answer and taken the same amount of time, I wonder when will the common citizen be treated as human?
