A black sheep

Arsalan Iftikhar in his resignation letter from the post of Vice Chairman of the Balochistan Board of Investment (BBI), as printed in certain newspapers, has stated that he had already lined up a few investors in fishing, energy, agriculture and manufacturing sector, who were ready to invest and upon his resignation he will forward their details to BBI. It’s perplexing as to why no one in the BBI was involved in these meetings in the first place, in which the prodigal son of the most controversial personality in the history of Pakistan was dealing with various investors. How did these meetings take place without the BBI having any details of the investors or any knowledge of the deals? Do we need to say any more?
