I would like to ask the government who is responsible for allowing the police, whose prime function is to protect the lives of citizens, to kill citizens for no good reason? Why is the police force given a license to kill? Why has not a single policeman been convicted and given exemplary punishment? What moral rights a government has to rule when it is not able to control its own police force?
Why is the judiciary not taking suo moto notice of any such killings? Why has nothing happened about the Model Town killing by Police? Why have majority of police killing incidents occurred in Punjab? People not only want decent travelling by metro buses they also want answers to these questions.
