This is with reference to a news item published where the interior minister of Pakistan Rehman Malik once again accused the Punjab government of harboring the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangwi (LeJ). He further stated that this LeJ is involved in terrorist activities in Quetta and Karachi. Well, I am not defending Punjab government, but may we ask the honorable interior minister that, while holding this important portfolio, what is his responsibility? Is it only to predict such activities, like a weather forecast, or to take some concrete preventive measures too?
