It is shameful to see how three constables, one of them associated with duty wing, were caught red-handed in a burglary attempt. They were trying to loot a house in Dhoke Syedan and were later sent to Adiala jail. The constables broke into the house carrying weapons, however, the inmates overpowered them and reported to the police. In the incident, a sub inspector was also booked for negligence. When the saviors of law step outside its domain, no one is safe. It is imperative for authorities to take strict notice of such actions by members of the police force. ETHSAM WAHEED, January 8.
