As reported our exports to EU got a promising boost of $1bn, after the operation of GSP-plus status to Pakistan. GSP plus status enabled our products to have a duty free access to EU markets which had a beneficial impact on our exports. Such boosts not only set a promising tone for the country’s economy but also encouraged investors.
This can provide consumers with quality goods and services and also generates numerous employment opportunities. It is hoped that Government will continue making beneficial efforts to facilitate the economic chain elements to boost the country’s economy resulting in welfare of the citizens.
