Domestic violence with its various forms and manifestations are being committed against women in Pakistan. Molestation, rape and gang rape, mutilations are common against women. The solution lies solely in women empowerment.
We can empower women only by incorporating them in civic, administrative and political ambit. Education and health services be rendered to them. Their skills need to be channelised and vocational training should be imparted to them. And last but not least, stringent anti-domestic violence legislation be made to ensure complete safety, justice and right to women.
