Black coats disregarding law

Many people like me heard the news that a policeman, Imtiaz Wahla, was beaten up by a group of lawyers in Lahore High Court on May 11. Sub-Inspector Wahla was appearing in the court regarding a theft case. The investigation officer, while submitting his report, stated that the police had no concrete evidence against Atif, the suspect. So it was not possible to arrest him. Hearing that, about 40 lawyers flared up. They started beating him up and one of the lawyers smashed the head of the policeman with his pistol while the judge was sitting idle and left the room. If protectors of law take the law into their own hands, there will be no one left to abide by the law. This will show people there is no difference between a lawyer and a gangster.
