Tony Blair in a recent interview has shown interest in religion and has said he would devote the rest of his life working on the subject. It is appreciable that a former British Prime Minister has some inclination towards exploring religion. I would really urge him to explore Islam too which would reveal a lot to him. His Middle-East study in this regard would provide him with extra insight on Palestinian episodes of Muslim massacres and he will know what problem do the 'chosen ones from God' (as Jews call themselves) have with Palestinians. -HASSAN, Karachi, via e-mail, April 9.
