Rash driving

I live in a commercial area of Gulistan-e-Johar and I would like to draw the attention of the traffic police towards the reckless driving by drivers of heavy vehicles, coaches, mini-buses and taxis.
These vehicles can be seen in abundance during peak hours and sometimes collide headlong with the vehicle coming from the opposite direction, causing accidents and loss of precious lives on a daily basis. Some people become permanently disabled. To add to the misery, people living in posh localities of Karachi and their children show off by driving at breakneck speed. They neglect traffic rules and break signals. They pose a permanent danger to pedestrians who walk on footpaths and cross the roads through zebra crossings.
