According to a news report, chits (non-papers) carrying directions given by the prime ministers son Abdul Qadir Gilani are referred to concerned officers to get the favourites posted to their choice positions. Sometime back, the Government introduced a paperless working environment project to promote the use of Computers & IT in the Country.
