Every eye is sad at the plight of the natives of NWZ as they are just collateral damage in this battle between militants and Pakistan Army. The government has shown flexibility and finally reached the decision to take strong action against the militants. The softness shown by the government was returned by brutal attacks from these criminal groups, hiding behind the banner of religion. Operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ was long overdue, and the nation is happy that the Prime Minister was brave enough to start the operation. This operation also gives two clear messages to the criminals, first it reflects the clear position taken by the government and secondly it shows that the military and the civil government are on the same page.
