Rise of the ISIS

Almost all the Arab countries were ruled by dictators who ruled with an iron fist ruthlessly suppressing the people. At long last people started rebelling. The dictator in Tunisia fled, while the dictator in Egypt fell (albeit temporarily), people in Syria rose up, as they had decades ago in Hama and had been massacred in thousands. To beat the ISIS all that was needed was for the Assad regime to hold legitimate elections and not the sham elections they did.
