KABUL: Afghanistan has expressed its regret over delaying the second official session of peace talks scheduled that were to be held on Friday 31st of July, 2015 in Pakistan.

An Afghan Foreign Ministry statement said, “The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has been always committed to continued official sessions of peace talks with Taliban and hopes the talks will be soon held in the near future”.

The statement said that in the current situation, the ways of peace negotiations are much paved comparing to any other time in past; therefore, all sides should  honestly cooperate with towards peace efforts.
