HSC supple exams result declared


MULTAN - The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan (BISEM) has announced the result of Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) Supplementary Examination, 2011 here on Saturday, declaring 4,865 candidates successful out of a total of 12,098. The success ratio stood at 40.21 per cent.
The result statistics showed that just nine candidates succeeded to get A+ grade while 16 secured A, 208 B, 1793 C, 2702 D, 115 E and 22 passed in no grade. The examination commenced on October 8, 2011. The BISEM officials declared on the occasion that the successful candidates could get admission in intermediate part-1 classes of government and private colleges within 15 days of the announcement of result. According to the result notification, a total of 4,380 candidates took examination under Science group and 2,116 got through with 48.31 per cent success ratio. Similarly, as many as 7,718 candidates appeared in the examination under General Group and 2,748 were declared successful, constituting 35.60 per cent pass percentage. Just two regular candidates took supplementary examination and both failed while 4,865 out of total 12,096 private candidates qualified the examination.
Meanwhile, the BISEM has announced dates for the commencement of HSC (Composite 10th & 9th) Annual Exam, 2012 here on Saturday. According to the schedule, the examination will start from March 3, 2012. The board has also publicized fee submission schedule. The candidates can submit their examination forms with normal fee till Jan 6 while the last date for submission of forms with double fee will be Jan 16 and the last date with triple fee will be January 25.
According to the officials at least five unfair means cases were registered during the exam of which two were decided and both the students were punished.

Similarly, three cases are still under trial while no case was let off.
