ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has invited Saudi investors to take advantage of the investment opportunities in Pakistan.
He was talking to Minister and Advisor to Saudi Royal Court Ahmad Al-Khateeb in Islamabad. Ishaq Dar apprised him of the huge investment opportunities in Pakistan, particularly in energy and petrochemical sectors.
The Finance Minister said the improved economic and security situation is attracting the attention of foreign investors. Pakistan offers one of the most liberal investment regimes.
Ahmed Al-Khateeb expressed the desire of the Saudi leadership for increasing efforts to enhance bilateral economic cooperation.
He said the Saudi government will encourage companies to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan.
The two sides also exchanged views to further expand trade and economic cooperation.
