ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday served a show cause notice on MPA Javed Nasim from PK-3 for sponsoring a non-PTI candidate for the Senate election from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under section 7 of the Political Parties Order 2002 and the PTI constitution. According to a short statement released by Central Secretary Information Shireen Mazari, MPA Javed Nasim has been given 24 hours to respond, failing to which he will stand expelled from the party.
 The move comes a day after PTI’s rival PML-N issued a similar notice to a dissenting MPA from Mansehra.
