QWP for ending prolong loadshedding
The district chapter of Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) has hailed the reduction in prices of oil commodities and has asked the government to take notice of prolong loadshedding.
At a meeting held in Begukhel on Wednesday under the chair of district General Secretary Imranullah Khan, a unanimously resolution was adopted wherein authorities concerned were condemned for carrying out unfair loadshedding in the district. Office-bearers of Begukhel and Darra Tang union councils attended the meeting.
Imranullah said that urban and rural localities were hard hit by continuous electricity loadshedding, which had made the lives of local people miserable.
He said that at the start of summer the protracted duration of outages had become intolerable for the residents of entire district.
He said that the caretaker government took a bold decision to reduce oil prices, as it would help to minimize miseries of people to greater extent.
He said that local people would have no option other than to hold agitation if unfair electricity loadshedding was not halted immediately.
