NOWSHERA VIRKAN - The prize distribution ceremony of the Punjab Youth festival 2012 at tehsil level contests was held here at here Town Hall the other day.  Assistant District Collector Madam Saleha Saeed was the chief guest of the ceremony. MPA Ch Khalid Pervaiz Virk, MPA Ch Irfan Bashir Gujjar, AC Ali Akbar Bhindar, Gujranwala Bar Association President Gulnawaz Goraya, former Nazim Ch Mansha were the special guests on the occasion.
Addressing the participants, ADC Saleha Saeed said the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif was taking keen interest in exploring the talent among youth of Punjab in different fields.
She said that the government had started many projects to achieve the goal in the province.
She also appreciated and greeted the administration for organising the festival in best manner.
The MPAs also addressed the ceremony and appreciated the policies of the Punjab government regarding introducing healthy activities among the youth.
Later, they distributed cash prizes, trophies, shields and certificates among winners and runner ups.
