ISLAMABAD- Acting IG Islamabad Khalid Khattak has said that police was kept in the dark about moving former president Pervez Musharraf to his farm house adding that if they had known they would have made apt security arrangements.
Talking to journalists about attack on Musharraf he said that former president reached his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad at 2 am and after 15 minutes of passing of his convoy a local made 1 kilo bomb planted near Faizabad blew up. He said that police was not informed of Pervez Musharraf movement if they had been informed more ample security measures could have been taken. Meanwhile case of Faizabad blast has been registered against unknown men in Secretariat police station.
