Assailants gun down man in Chaman

QUETTA - A man was killed in Chaman and three persons including a BNP-A leader wounded in Khuzdar while a trader was kidnapped in Quetta on Saturday.
According to police, unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire on a man, killing him on the spot in Chaman, a border town near Afghanistan.
The assailants managed to flee from the scene. The body was shifted to hospital where the deceased was identified as Ahmed Khan. However, motive behind the incident is yet to be ascertained.
In another incident, a Balochistan National Party-Awami leader namely Muhammad Ismail Sheikh and his two companions sustained injuries when some unidentified men ambushed their vehicle in Khuzdar.

They were hurried to nearby hospital where their condition is stated to be out of danger.
Moreover, a trader namely Haji Ishaaq Mughal was kidnapped by unknown personnel in Satellite Town here. The kidnappers held Mughal hostage on gunpoint and drove away after bundling him into their car. Police registered a case and started investigation.
