KASUR
Four people including two women were killed in different incidents here on Tuesday.
As per details, a man clubbed to death a woman over a property dispute at Tibbi Kambova in the limits of B-Division Police.
Maqbool and Ghafoor had a dispute with Muhammad Ramzan over a patch of agricultural land. On Tuesday, they forced entry into the house of Ramzan and attacked his wife Surryia Bibi with clubs, killing her on the spot. The police took the dead body to DHQ Hospital for autopsy and started investigation into the matter.
In village Bhagai Hithar in the remit of Ganda Singh Police, another woman was killed over a property dispute. Sarfraz allegedly poisoned to death his sister-in-law Najma and escaped. The police have registered a case.
Separately, the Chunian Police recovered the bullet-riddle body of a youth near village Pul Baito. The youth was killed by unidentified accused over reason yet to be ascertained. The police sent the body to city morgue.
Meanwhile, a student committed suicide by shooting himself over some differences with his family in Ali Ahmed Shah Colony in the City Police precincts. Zafar, 17, a college student, shot himself dead after arguments with his parents over some domestic issue. The police are looking into the matter.
