SARGODHA  -A man with help of his father cut off hair of his wife besides thrashing and dragging her in the street here on Tuesday.  As per details, Ilyas, a resident of village 164/NB along with his father Sarfraz cut off hair of his wife Tahira and later dragged her out in the street, torturing her brutally. Resultantly she sustained severe injuries. The police have filed a case against Ilyas and his father.
