PM should not get emotional: Khurshid Shah

Islamabad: Opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Khurshid Shah has said Prime Minister (PM)  Nawaz Sharif should not get emotional, as Panama leaks issue has been raised by international institutions rather than opposition.

“Nawaz Sharif should not get emotional and he should demonstrate restraint. Premiers of two countries have resigned over Panama papers leaks and the third PM is on the way to resign. The international institutions raised Panama leaks issue and opposition is not behind it. A fair and transparent investigation into this matter will lead to bring real picture to light,” he said, this while talking to media men today.

He went on to say that investigations should be conducted in respect of all the persons, including Rehman Malik who hold off shore companies in their names.  Rehman Malik has refuted the allegations levelled in Panama leaks.

He held that PM uses derogatory remarks against opposition in political gatherings and it does not behoove him to do so.  No good impression about his speech has gone to people. Such talk on PM part will benefit opposition.
