SARGODHA: Out of 44 seats of the Assistant Directors throughout the country 20 are won by the Earth Science graduates of the University of Sargodha as declared by the Pakistan Public Service Commission (PPSC).
According to a survey report released by Geological Survey of Pakistan, out of 44 successful candidates for the posts of Assistant Director, 20 are Earth Science graduates from the University of Sargodha. To secure almost half of the vacancies by one single University is a tremendous achievement and a splendid record itself.–Reporter
The credit of the big success goes to UoS Vice Chancellor Dr Mohammad Akram Chaudhry, faculty and students. The VC congratulated the newly appointed Assistant Directors in Geological Survey of Pakistan and wished good luck in their future endeavours.
