Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Nadir Akram Leghari today confirmed that party chairman Imran Khan is unwell, but his Sindh tour will not be shortened.

Meanwhile, hundreds of PTI supporters gathered in Dharki to welcome Khan. The PTI chief is in Sindh on a four-day visit to hold meetings with party office-bearers, representatives of different Sindhi nationalist groups and address the public gatherings.
