SARGODHA - Civil Judge Muhammad Imran Shafi has declared former PML-N from constituency PP-34 as proclaimed offender in fake degree case. According to detail, the Sargodha Cantt Police registered a case No. 8/2011 against former MPA Chaudhry Rizwan Gill on the orders of Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan under section 471/200/199 and Public Representation Act 78/82/94 on January 8 and the accused is still at large. Area Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge Muhammad Imran Shafi declared him as proclaimed offender and released his unbailable warrants. Meanwhile, the District and Sessions Judge directed the local police authorities to produce the former MPA till July 7.
