Two suicide bombers were killed and a house destroyed when they blew themselves outside the home of a religious leader here in Hangu on Friday.
According to DPO Hangu, Dr. Niaz Saeed Ahmad, two suicide bombers blew themselves up outside the house of Maulana Nabbi Hanfi located in Sarakdna area of Hangu.
As a result, the house was destroyed completely but no causality or injury was reported as the house was empty at the time of the blast.
The police reached the scene after the incident and cordoned off the area. Body parts of two suicide bombers stated to be belonging to Tehreek-e-Taliban TTP were recovered.
It should be mentioned that Maulana Hanfi was against suicide attacks claiming innocent lives and destroying public installations.
