She added that consultative process of the projects remained very successful and the Government of Pakistan and provincial governments have endorsed ownership of the project. Speaking on the occasion, AIG KP said that though it is hard to increase the role of women in KP however the government is working hared on it. The DIG AJK said that two centres in Mirpur and Muzaffarabad have been established and more than 100 policewomen are working, though we need to sensitise the educated class to join police. SSP Investigation Lahore said that women training centre has been established in Lahore. Women have been given training on investigation. The five policewomen are give title of additional SHO. In Punjab five per cent quota has been allocated for women in police AIG Sindh said that there was 1400 police station in the Sindh province. Sindh government is trying to establish women complaint centre at every police station. However, the police officials from Islamabad and Balochistan were not present in the media interaction. While talking to The Nation Dr Khola said that fifty per cent population is yet to be brought in the mainstream. It is astonishing that there were no police centres for the women and they dont have access to the justice. The aim of the German government is to reduce the gender gap.
