ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said on Tuesday that the government will continue its development policies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has failed to deliver there.
Talking to media outside Supreme Court (SC), she said PTI comes before the court with baseless allegations every time without any solid proof. She advised the PTI leadership to withdraw the case as it is completely baseless.
Maryam Aurangzaib said Imran Khan is doing politics for power as he himself admits that he will pursue his development policies after coming to power.
On the occasion, Minister of State for Information Technology Anusha Rehman said we are trying to present before the court all evidence as soon as possible.
She said the prime minister's children have filed petition-seeking hearing of the case on daily basis. She further said that Maryam Nawaz Sharif is no more dependent on her father, the prime minister after marriage.
The minister added that PTI could not produce any evidence during the three day hearing of the case. She urged the PTI leader not to make a mountain out of a molehill.
