GILGIT  – Authorities have lifted the curfew imposed after the Kohistan massacre in the area, the life has been coming back to normalcy. Panicked people still prefer staying at homes. The turnout remained short in the government offices and educational institutions. The curfew was imposed after the Kohistan tragedy and government, private offices and schools remained closed till March 4 due to tension.
Meanwhile, the contingents of police, Rangers and scouts were deployed in the area to maintain peace and order.
