Islamabad: President of Maldives, Abdullah Yameen Abdul Gayoom ,was given a warm welcome on his arrival at Nur Khan Airbase on a two day visit to Pakistan.

He was greeted by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and members of his cabinet.

A 21-gun salute was given to the distinguished guests when he alighted from his aircraft.

Two children presented bouquets to the President of Maldives.
