FRANKFURT:- Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and his Indian counterpart Arun Jaitly had a brief informal interaction the sidelines of the ADB annual general meeting. The two ministers met when Dar was on way to attend a bilateral meeting. During the short meeting, both were seen exchanging pleasantries. Though it was just shaking of hands and exchange of a few words, the leaders tried to send out a message that things will improve between the two neighbours.–INP
