QUETTA: Six employees of PTCL were kidnapped in Loralai district on Thursday.
According to details, the employees were kidnapped from Gawal Ismailzai when they had gone to repair a damaged tower. Divisional engineer was among those kidnapped.
However, no banned outfit including the Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility of the kidnapping.  Earlier in the day, kidnappers freed five Balochistan Irrigation Department officials who had been abducted from Pasni area of Makran belt a day earlier.  Police sources said that kidnappers freed all five hostages near Pasni. All the hostages freed by kidnappers are in better condition, police said.–INP
The officials were working on the Shadi Core Dam in Turbat when they were abducted by some militants. The defunct Baloch Republican Army had claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
