DCO Irshad Hussain has appreciates the arrangements made by District Sports Officer Syed Mateen Ahmad during the first phase of the Punjab Youth Festival 2014 here in the district.
He was chairing a meeting held to review arrangements for the second phase of Youth Festival at Union Council Level.
On the occasion, the DCO directed the EDO Education and District Sports Officer to ensure a colourful opening and closing ceremony of the second phase of the festival. He also directed that a separate ground for female players would be allocated and all facilities would be provided to them. He said that girls should come forward and show similar kind of performance in other sports as well.
